BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

​We require a 50% non refundable deposit of the total price of your service at the time of booking. The easiest way to do this is to book directly online which will direct you to PayPal to complete the booking. 

Alternatively, payment can be made in our salon, over the phone, or via internet banking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our clients are incredibly important to us. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will cost you the 50% deposit made.

Breakdown of cancellation fees

• Less than 24 - hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of reserved appointment(s)

• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of service amount (more than 2 no shows will result in a full prepayment of any future bookings)
